• Operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage, adverse weather conditions, or unsafe navigation routes.

Fishing is not allowed in Phang Nga Bay and Phi Phi, as they are national parks.

Cancellation Policy.
• More than 30 days prior to the departure date:
90% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days prior to the departure date:
The deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 7 days prior to the departure date:
No refund will be provided.

Charter Options.
Price depends on the season and includes up to 8 people (6 for overnight) onboard, for additional guests, a fee of 2,000 baht (4,000 for overnight up to 8 people) per person applies, up to a maximum of 20 people:

Low season (1 MAY - 31 OCTOBER):
Half Day (5 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 100,000 baht
Full Day (8 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 120,000 baht
Overnight (32 hours): 240,000 baht
High season (1 NOV - 30 APR):
Half Day (5 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 120,000 baht
Full Day (8 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 140,000 baht
Overnight (32 hours): 280,000 baht
Peak season (15 DEC - 15 JAN; 15 FEB - 23 FEB):
Half Day (5 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 140,000 baht
Full Day (8 hours, between 9AM - 9PM): 160,000 baht
Overnight (32 hours): 320,000 baht
